Lara studied architecture at Kingston University and Oxford Brookes University and has on occasion been invited back as a guest tutor to Oxford Brookes.

Since joining Cullinans, Lara has worked on a number of residential projects including Bristol Harbourside and Barge Arm, Gloucester Docks. She has also worked on a number of competition projects including a Primary Health Care Centre for St Margaret's Hospital, Epping, and our proposal for Liverpool's Fourth Grace. She worked on the feasibility study for St Antony's Leweston School's Performing Arts Centre and was project architect on the recently completed new Herbarium and Library Wing at the Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew.

Lara was recently part of the project team who designed an Institute for Sustainability in the new Sustainable Industries Park at Dagenham Docks and is currently Project Architect for the International Institute for Products and Service Innovation (IIPSI) at the University of Warwick.
